Books Paper Scissors Book Club

We have two sessions - each one covers the same book so just pick the session that suits you. It's a relaxed and unintimidating sharing of views and opinions. The bookclub is currently very popular, so if you are interested in joining, please ask to be added to our mailing list ( via linda@bookspaperscissors.co.uk). You will then receive all the updates, plus the monthly reviews of each book. Each session is booked on a first come, first served basis when the e-mail for attendance is released. 

Morning session is on a Tuesday from 9.30 - 10.30 am, and the shop remains closed during that time.  The Evening session is on Thursdays 7pm - 8pm.

We pick the books every quarter, and try to read a mix of fiction and non-fiction.

January : The Lion Women of Tehran, Marjan Kamali  ( historical fiction)

February: The One You Least Suspect, Brian Gilloway  ( crime thriller) 

    Tuesday 24^th and Thursday 26^th February 

March : Careless People,  Sarah Wynn-Williams ( non fiction) 

( Paperback publishes on 26^th Feb)
